सौगन्धिकपुष्पप्रसङ्गः — The Saugaṇdhika Lotus and Bhīma’s Approach to Hanūmān
तदुपेत्य महात्मानस्ते5वसन ब्राह्मणै:ः सह । मुदा युक्ता महात्मानो रेमिरे तत्र ते तदा,नरश्रेष्ठ पाण्डव उस स्थानका दर्शन करते हुए वहाँ सब ओर सुखपूर्वक घूमने-फिरने लगे। ब्रह्मर्षियों-द्वारा सेवित जो अपने फलोंसे मधुकी धारा बहानेवाला दिव्य वृक्ष था, उसके निकट जाकर महात्मा पाण्डव ब्राह्मणोंके साथ वहाँ निवास करने लगे। उस समय वे सब महात्मा बड़ी प्रसन्नताके साथ वहाँ सुखपूर्वक रहने लगे
tad upetya mahātmānas te ’vasan brāhmaṇaiḥ saha | mudā yuktā mahātmāno remire tatra te tadā ||
Tendo alcançado aquele lugar, aqueles de grande alma ali permaneceram junto com os brāhmaṇas. Cheios de alegria, os nobres então se deleitaram naquela região, caminhando à vontade—encontrando contentamento numa morada santificada pelos sábios e sustentada pelos frutos da floresta.
घटोत्कच उवाच
Even in hardship (exile), dharmic living is sustained by good company and inner discipline: staying with Brahmins/sages, living simply in nature, and cultivating joy without harming others.
The Pāṇḍavas (as indicated by the surrounding context) arrive at a forest locale and, together with Brahmins, settle there. They wander about peacefully and rejoice, suggesting a temporary refuge marked by serenity and the presence of holy people.
