भरद्वाजपुत्रवधः
The Slaying of Bharadvāja’s Son and the Sage’s Lament
लोगमश उवाच विलप्यैवं बहुविधं भरद्वाजो5दहत् सुतम् । सुसमिद्धं ततः पश्चात् प्रविवेश हुताशनम्
Lomāśa uvāca: vilapyaivaṁ bahuvidhaṁ Bharadvājo ’dahat sutam | susamiddhaṁ tataḥ paścāt praviveśa hutāśanam ||
Lomāśa disse: Tendo assim lamentado de muitas maneiras, Bharadvāja entregou o filho ao fogo. Depois, quando a chama estava plenamente acesa, ele próprio entrou no fogo sagrado.
