Arrogance, Boons, and Nimitta
अत्राप्युदाहरन्तीमा गाथा देवैरुदाह्वता: । मुनिरासीत् पुरा पुत्र बालधिनाम वीर्यवान्,इस विषयमें विज्ञजन देवताओंकी कही हुई यह गाथा सुनाया करते हैं--प्राचीनकालमें बालधि नामसे प्रसिद्ध एक शक्तिशाली मुनि थे
atrāpy udāharantīmāṃ gāthā devair udāhṛtāḥ | munir āsīt purā putra bāladhināma vīryavān |
“Também a respeito disso, meu filho, os eruditos recitam um verso tradicional que outrora foi proferido pelos deuses. Em tempos antigos viveu um poderoso sábio conhecido pelo nome de Bāladhī.”
