Dhṛtarāṣṭra Addressed on Sincerity, Hospitality, and Settlement
नित्यप्रभिन्नान् मातज्रानीषादन्तान् प्रहारिण: । अष्टानुचरमेकैकमष्टौ दास्यामि कौरव
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | nityaprabhinnān mātaṅgān īṣādantān prahāriṇaḥ | aṣṭānucaramekaikam aṣṭau dāsyāmi kaurava kurunandana ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra disse: “Ó Kaurava, alegria dos Kurus! Além disso, também te darei oito elefantes em cio, com as têmporas sempre a verter o licor do rut, cujas presas parecem o timão de um carro, e que são hábeis em derrubar inimigos. E com cada um desses oito elefantes senhoriais, providenciarei oito atendentes.”
