Udyoga Parva, Chapter 81: Krishna Sets Out as Envoy
वैशम्पायन उवाच इत्युक्त्वा मृदुसंहारं वृजिनाग्रं सुदर्शनम् । सुनीलमसितापाडुी सर्वगन्धाधिवासितम्
vaiśampāyana uvāca | ity uktvā mṛdu-saṃhāraṃ vṛjina-agraṃ sudarśanam | su-nīlam asitā-pāṇḍu sarva-gandhādhivāsitam |
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Ó Janamejaya, tendo falado assim, ela tomou com a mão esquerda suas madeixas—reunidas com suavidade, belíssimas de se ver, de um azul-negro profundo, escuras e lustrosas, e perfumadas com toda sorte de essências. Então Kṛṣṇā (Draupadī), filha de Drupada—de olhos de lótus e andar de elefanta—aproximou-se de Śrī Kṛṣṇa, o de olhos de lótus. Com os olhos cheios de lágrimas, começou a falar.”
