भीमसेनस्य आत्मबलप्रशंसा — Bhīmasena’s Assertion of Strength
Udyoga Parva, Adhyāya 74
यथा पुरस्तात् सविता दृश्यते शुक्रमुच्चरन् । यथा च पश्चान्निर्मुक्तो ध्रुवं पर्येति रश्मिवान्
yathā purastāt savitā dṛśyate śukram uccaran | yathā ca paścān nirmukto dhruvaṃ paryeti raśmivān ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana disse: “Assim como o Sol é visto no oriente, erguendo-se e fazendo brilhar seu fulgor radiante, e assim como, após seguir adiante, o luminoso prossegue com firmeza em seu curso rumo ao ocidente—do mesmo modo este assunto avança com certeza infalível e ordenada.”
