एष क्रान्ते रथे तिष्ठन्‌ भल्‍लेनापाहरच्छिर: । जम्भस्य ग्रसमानस्य तदा हार्जुन आहवे

eṣa krānte rathe tiṣṭhan bhallena apāharac chiraḥ | jambhasya grasamānasya tadā hārjuna āhave ||

Disse Vaiśampāyana: Então Hārjuna, embora de pé sobre um carro que girava veloz no auge da batalha, decepou com uma flecha afiada a cabeça do asura Jambha, que devorava tudo à sua frente.
