Então avistei Jāmadagnya (Paraśurāma) postado no meio de seu carro—resplandecente, munido das melhores armas, de aparência maravilhosa e incomparável.
भीष्म उवाच
The verse underscores how extraordinary power and splendor, when aligned with dharma, functions as moral authority in a crisis: the warrior’s readiness and restraint-laden presence becomes a serious ethical signal, not mere display.
Bhīṣma narrates that he sees Paraśurāma (Jāmadagnya), radiant and fully armed, positioned in his chariot—marking the dramatic entrance of a formidable figure into the unfolding conflict.
