अकृतेनैव कार्येण गत: पार्थानधोक्षज: । स एनान्मन्युना5<विष्टो ध्रुवं धक्ष्यत्यसंशयम्,“श्रीकृष्ण यहाँसे कृतकार्य होकर नहीं गये हैं। इसके लिये वे क्रोधमें भरकर पाण्डवोंको निश्चय ही युद्धके लिये उत्तेजित करेंगे, इसमें तनिक भी संशय नहीं है
akṛtenaiva kāryeṇa gataḥ pārthān adhokṣajaḥ | sa enān manyunāviṣṭo dhruvaṃ dhakṣyaty asaṃśayam ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Adhokṣaja (Kṛṣṇa) não se afastou dos Pārthas com sua missão cumprida. Inflamado de ira, sem qualquer dúvida, ele os incendiará—isto é, os incitará e os impelirá decisivamente para a guerra.”
