धृतराष्ट्रस्य वंशोपदेशः
Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Dynastic Counsel on Legitimate Rule
दीयतां पाण्डुपुत्रेभ्यो राज्यार्धमरिकर्शन । सममाचार्यक॑ तात तव तेषां च मे सदा,'शत्रुसूदन! तुम पाण्डवोंका आधा राज्य दे दो। तात! मेरा यह आचार्यत्व तुम्हारे और पाण्डवोंके लिये सदा समान है
dīyatāṃ pāṇḍuputrebhyo rājyārdham arikarṣaṇa | samam ācāryakaṃ tāta tava teṣāṃ ca me sadā ||
Vāyu disse: “Ó subjugador de inimigos, concede aos filhos de Pāṇḍu metade do reino. Meu filho, meu papel de mestre é sempre imparcial—igualmente voltado para ti e para eles.”
