Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Dynastic Counsel on Legitimate Rule
औपनआक्ात छा अर: अष्टचत्वारिशर्दाधिकशततमो< ध्याय: द्रोणाचार्य
vāyudeva uvāca | bhīṣmeṇokte tato droṇo duryodhanam abhāṣata | madhye nṛpāṇāṁ bhadraṁ te vacanaṁ vacanakṣamaḥ ||
Disse Vāyudeva: Quando Bhīṣma terminou de falar, Droṇa—perito em oferecer conselho—dirigiu-se a Duryodhana no meio dos reis reunidos, dizendo: «Que o bem-estar seja teu», e então prosseguiu com palavras próprias para deliberação. A cena ressalta como os anciãos procuram orientar um governante com advertência ponderada num momento crítico antes da guerra.
