Kuntī’s Message to Kṛṣṇa
The verse highlights how rare, hard-won wise counsel can be as precious as nectar, and how such counsel should culminate in disciplined action—restraining wrongdoing and pursuing rightful victory rather than impulsive violence.
A son speaks of having heard exceptionally valuable words from a relative after much difficulty; far from being satisfied, he is stirred to decisive effort, declaring that he will now act with his kinsmen to bring enemies under control and achieve victory.
