ते त्वां प्रियं करिष्यन्ति पुरो धास्यन्ति च ध्रुवम् । तू उन्हें अग्रिम वेतन दे दिया कर। प्रतिदिन प्रातःकाल सोकर उठ जा और सबके साथ प्रिय वचन बोल। ऐसा करनेसे वे अवश्य तेरा प्रिय करेंगे और निश्चय ही तुझे अपना अगुआ बना लेंगे
te tvāṃ priyaṃ kariṣyanti puro dhāsyanti ca dhruvam |
Eles certamente passarão a estimar-te e, sem dúvida, colocar-te-ão à frente como líder. Por isso, dá-lhes o pagamento adiantado no tempo devido; a cada manhã, ao despertar, fala com todos com palavras afáveis. Agindo assim, eles te terão por querido e, com certeza, te elevarão como seu guia.
