रोचते ते पितुस्तात पाण्डवैः सह संगम: । सामात्यस्य कुरुश्रेष्ठ तत् तुभ्यं तात रोचताम्,“तात! मन्त्रियोंसहित तुम्हारे पिताको पाण्डवोंके साथ संधि कर लेना ही अच्छा जान पड़ता है। कुरुश्रेष्ठ! यही तुम्हें भी पसंद आना चाहिये
rocate te pituḥ tāta pāṇḍavaiḥ saha saṅgamaḥ | sāmātyasya kuruśreṣṭha tat tubhyaṃ tāta rocatām ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Meu filho, parece correto que teu pai, juntamente com seus ministros, chegue a um entendimento e se una aos Pāṇḍavas. Ó melhor dos Kurus, que isso também te seja agradável, meu filho.”
