Indra and Dharma’s Consolation; Celestial Gaṅgā Purification
साध्या रुद्रास्तथा55दित्या ये चान्येडपि दिवौकस: । सर्वे तत्र समाजग्मु: सिद्धाश्व॒ परमर्षय:
sādhyā rudrās tathā ādityā ye cānye 'pi divaukasaḥ | sarve tatra samājagmuḥ siddhāś ca paramarṣayaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: Os Sādhyas, os Rudras, os Ādityas e também os demais seres celestes—todos se reuniram ali; e igualmente os Siddhas, junto dos supremos rishis. A cena assinala um momento em que o cosmos é testemunha: as ordens mais elevadas dos seres se ajuntam para contemplar e confirmar a culminação moral e espiritual da narrativa.
