एतद् वृत्तं वासवस्य यमस्य वरुणस्य च । राजर्षीणां च सर्वेषां तत् त्वमप्यनुपालय,इन्द्र, यम, वरुण तथा सम्पूर्ण राजर्षियोंका यही बर्ताव है, तुम भी इसका निरन्तर पालन करो
etad vṛttaṃ vāsavasya yamasya varuṇasya ca | rājarṣīṇāṃ ca sarveṣāṃ tat tvam apy anupālaya ||
“Esta é a conduta estabelecida de Vāsava (Indra), de Yama e de Varuṇa, e também de todos os sábios reis. Portanto, tu também deves sustentá-la e segui-la continuamente.”
