राजधर्मः—प्रमादवर्जनं, दण्डनीतिः, दुर्बलरक्षणम्

अप्रमादेन शिक्षेथा: क्षमां बुद्धिं धृतिं मतिम् भूतानां चैव जिज्ञासा साध्वसाधु च सर्वदा
apramādena śikṣethāḥ kṣamāṁ buddhiṁ dhṛtiṁ matiṁ bhūtānāṁ caiva jijñāsā sādhv-asādhu ca sarvadā
Utathya disse: “Instrui-te com constante vigilância—cultiva a tolerância, a compreensão clara, a firmeza e o bom discernimento. E busca sempre conhecer a natureza dos seres vivos, distinguindo a todo momento o que é bom e o que não é.”
