उतथ्योपदेशः—राजधर्मः, दर्पनिग्रहः, प्रजारक्षणम्

Utathya’s Instruction: Royal Dharma, Restraint of Pride, Protection of Subjects

द्वावाददाते होकस्य द्वयो: सुबहवो5परे | कुमार्य: सम्प्रलुप्यन्ते तदाहुर्न॒ूपदूषणम्‌,जब दो मनुष्य मिलकर एककी वस्तु छीन लेते हैं, बहुत-से मिलकर दोको लूटते हैं तथा कुमारी कनन्‍्याओंपर बलात्कार होने लगता है, उस समय इन सारे अपराधोंका कारण राजाको ही बताया जाता है

Quando dois homens se unem para tomar os bens de um só, quando muitos se juntam para saquear dois, e quando donzelas são violentadas, então se diz que a causa de todos esses crimes é uma mancha atribuída ao rei.
