Varṇa, Sovereignty, and Abhaya-dāna
शुश्रूषुरनहंवादी क्षत्रधर्मव्रते स्थित: । तावता सत्कृतः प्राज्ञश्चिरं यशसि तिष्ठति
śuśrūṣur anahaṃvādī kṣatradharmavrate sthitaḥ | tāvatā satkṛtaḥ prājñaś ciraṃ yaśasi tiṣṭhati ||
O homem diligente no serviço, livre de palavras de vanglória e firmemente estabelecido na disciplina votiva do dharma do kṣatriya—por essa conduta, quando é honrado pelos bons, o sábio permanece por longo tempo numa fama duradoura.
