असितेन वसिष्ठेन कौशिकेन महात्मना । हारीतलोमशाभ्यां च तथा5<न्रेयेण धीमता
Asitena Vasiṣṭhena Kauśikena mahātmanā | Hārītalomaśābhyāṃ ca tathā ’nreyeṇa dhīmatā ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana disse: “(Este ensinamento) foi transmitido por Asita, por Vasiṣṭha, pelo magnânimo Kauśika, e também por Hārīta e Lomaśa, e do mesmo modo pelo sábio Anreya.”
वैशग्पायन उवाच
