इति श्रीमहाभारते शान्तिपर्वणि मोक्षधर्मपर्वणि नारायणीयसमाप्तौ एकपज्चाशदधिकत्रिशततमो<5 ध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi mokṣadharmaparvaṇi nārāyaṇīyasamāptau ekapañcāśadadhikatrizatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ |
Assim, no Śrī Mahābhārata, dentro do Śānti Parva—em particular na seção de Mokṣa-dharma—consuma-se aqui a conclusão do Nārāyaṇīya (o discurso sobre a grandeza de Nārāyaṇa). Aqui termina o capítulo trezentos e cinquenta e um, como fecho e síntese da glória de Nārāyaṇa e de seu sentido libertador.
