अध्याय ३५१ — उञ्छवृत्ति-व्रतसिद्धेः मानुषस्य परमगतिः
Sūrya–Nāga Dialogue on the Perfected Gleaner-Ascetic
तेन भिन्नास्तदा वेदा मनो: स्वायम्भुवेडन्तरे । ततस्तुतोष भगवान् हरिस्तेनास्य कर्मणा
tena bhinnās tadā vedā manoḥ svāyambhuve 'ntare | tatas tutoṣa bhagavān haris tenāsya karmaṇā ||
Disse Vaiśampāyana: Por esse ato, os Vedas foram divididos no Manvantara de Manu Svāyambhuva. Então o Senhor Bem-aventurado Hari agradou-se dele por causa dessa obra.
