ततः परिवृतो ब्रह्मा हरिणा वेदसत्कृत: । निर्ममे स तदा लोकान् कृत्स्नान् स्थावरजड्रमान्,तत्पश्चात् वेदसे सम्मानित और भगवानसे सुरक्षित होकर ब्रह्माजीने समस्त चराचर जगत्की सृष्टि की
tataḥ parivṛto brahmā hariṇā vedasatkṛtaḥ | nirmame sa tadā lokān kṛtsnān sthāvarajaṅgamān |
Então Brahmā, cercado e protegido por Hari e devidamente honrado pelos Vedas, pôs-se a criar, em sua totalidade, todos os mundos—tanto a ordem dos seres imóveis quanto a dos seres móveis.
वैशग्पायन उवाच
Creation and governance of the cosmos are portrayed as grounded in dharma: Brahmā acts under Hari’s protection and in accordance with Vedic sanction, suggesting that rightful action is aligned with higher order and authoritative wisdom rather than mere individual will.
Vaiśaṃpāyana narrates that Brahmā, attended by Hari and honored by the Vedas, begins the comprehensive creation of the worlds, bringing forth both immovable and movable beings.
