ततस्ते लोकपितर: सर्वलोकार्थचिन्तका: । प्रावर्तयन्त तच्छास्त्रं धर्मयोनिं सनातनम्‌

Transliteration

tataste lokapitarḥ sarvalokārthacintakāḥ | prāvartayanta tacchāstraṃ dharmayoniṃ sanātanam ||

Translation

Então aqueles Prajāpatis, os Pais dos mundos—sempre atentos ao bem de todos os seres—puseram esse ensinamento em movimento e o difundiram pelo mundo: o śāstra eterno, a própria fonte e fundamento do dharma.
