नारद उवाच यदर्थमात्रप्रभवेण जन्म कृतं॑ त्वया धर्मगृहे चतुर्धा । तत्‌ साध्यतां लोकहितार्थमद्य गच्छामि द्र॒ष्ठ प्रकृतिं तवाद्याम्‌

Transliteration

nārada uvāca | yad-artha-mātra-prabhaveṇa janma kṛtaṁ tvayā dharma-gṛhe caturdhā | tat sādhyatāṁ loka-hitārtham adya gacchāmi draṣṭuṁ prakṛtiṁ tavādyām |

Translation

Nārada disse: “Ó Senhor, tu és a fonte de onde tudo se origina. Por um propósito determinado, tomaste nascimento na casa de Dharma em quatro formas; que esse propósito se cumpra hoje para o bem dos mundos. Agora vou contemplar tua forma primordial (em Śvetadvīpa).”
