यथानिदेशं राज्ञस्तौ सत्कृत्योपचचार ह । धर्मांचरणमें तत्पर रहनेवाली उस कन्याने पितासे “ऐसा ही होगा' यों कहकर राजाकी आज्ञाके अनुसार उन दोनोंकी सत्कारपूर्वक सेवा आरम्भ कर दी

Transliteration

yathānideśaṃ rājñas tau satkṛtyopacacāra ha | dharmācaraṇe tatparā raṇe'valī sā kanyā pitaram “evaṃ bhaviṣyati” iti uktvā rājñājñānusāreṇa tayoḥ satkārapūrvakaṃ sevām ārabdhavatī ||

Translation

Em obediência à ordem do rei, ela honrou devidamente aqueles dois e começou a servi-los. Firme na prática do dharma, a donzela primeiro assegurou ao pai: “Assim será”, e então, conforme o comando real, iniciou seu serviço com hospitalidade respeitosa—mostrando que a reta conduta se cumpre por meio de uma obediência disciplinada e de um cuidado reverente.
