ततो धूपैश्न गन्धेश्न माल्यैरुच्चावचैरपि | बलिभिविंविधाभिश्न पूजयामास तं द्विज:,तब ब्राह्मणने धूप, गन्ध, छोटे-बड़े माल्य तथा भाँति-भाँतिके पूजोपहार अर्पित करके कुण्डधार मेघका पूजन किया

Transliteration

tato dhūpaiś ca gandhaiś ca mālyair uccāvacair api | balibhir vividhābhiś ca pūjayāmāsa taṃ dvijaḥ ||

Translation

Então o brāhmaṇa venerou aquele ser reverendo, oferecendo incenso e fragrâncias, guirlandas de vários tipos —grandes e pequenas— e diversas oblações rituais.
