तुलाधार उवाच वेदाहं जाजले धर्म सरहस्यं सनातनम् । सर्वभूतद्ितं मैत्रं पुराणं यं जना विदु:,तुलाधार बोले--जाजले! जो समस्त प्राणियोंके लिये हितकारी और सबके प्रति मैत्रीभावकी स्थापना करनेवाला है, जिसे सब लोग पुरातन धर्मके रूपमें जानते हैं, गूढ़ रहस्योंसहित उस सनातन धर्मका मुझे ज्ञान है
Tulādhāra uvāca: vedāhaṃ Jājale dharmaṃ sa-rahasyaṃ sanātanam | sarva-bhūta-hitaṃ maitraṃ purāṇaṃ yaṃ janā viduḥ ||
Tuladhara disse: “Ó Jajali, eu conheço esse Dharma eterno juntamente com os seus mistérios interiores—o antigo caminho da retidão que os homens reconhecem como benéfico a todos os seres e como instaurador de um espírito de amizade para com todos.”
