Guru’s Instruction on Dream, Mind, Guṇas, and Knowing Brahman
Svapna–Manas–Guṇa–Brahma-vicāra
ततो विष्णुर्महातेजा वाराहं रूपमास्थित: । अन्तर्भूमिं सम्प्रविश्य जगाम दितिजान् प्रति,उधर महातेजस्वी भगवान् विष्णु वाराहरूप धारण कर बड़े वेगसे भूमिके भीतर प्रविष्ट हुए और दैत्योंके पास जा पहुँचे
tato viṣṇur mahātejā vārāhaṃ rūpam āsthitaḥ | antarbhūmiṃ sampraviśya jagāma ditijān prati ||
Então o poderoso e radiante Viṣṇu assumiu a forma de Varāha, o Javali divino. Penetrando nas profundezas sob a terra, lançou-se velozmente contra os demônios nascidos de Diti—sinal da intervenção do Senhor para restaurar a ordem cósmica quando forças destrutivas ameaçam o mundo.
भीष्म उवाच
When adharma and destructive forces endanger the world, divine power manifests in an appropriate form to protect creation and re-establish order. The verse emphasizes purposeful intervention guided by the preservation of dharma.
Bhīṣma describes Viṣṇu taking the Varāha form and entering beneath the earth, moving swiftly toward the Diti-born demons (Daityas), indicating an impending confrontation to counter their threat.
