/ ऑपन-माज बछ। -ज:डि द्विषष्ट्याधिकशततमो< ध्याय: सत्यके लक्षण
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | satyaṃ dharmaṃ praśaṃsanti viprarṣipitṛdevatāḥ | satyam icchāmy ahaṃ śrotuṃ tan me brūhi pitāmaha ||
Yudhiṣṭhira disse: “Brâmanes, sábios videntes, os ancestrais e os deuses todos exaltam a veracidade como uma forma de dharma. Por isso desejo ouvir o que é, de fato, a ‘verdade’ — dize-me, ó Avô.”
