मातापितृगुरुपूजा-प्रशंसा
Praise of Venerating Mother, Father, and Teacher
तस्मात् पूजयितव्याश्व संविभज्याश्न यत्नतः । गुरवो<र्चयितव्याश्व पुराणं धर्ममिच्छता
tasmāt pūjayitavyāś ca saṁvibhajyāśnīyād yatnataḥ | guravo 'rcayitavyāś ca purāṇaṁ dharmam icchatā ||
Portanto, deve-se honrá-los com diligência e, após fazer as oferendas apropriadas e partilhar o que se tem, tomar o próprio alimento com cuidado. Aqueles que buscam os frutos do Dharma antigo e venerável devem adorar e reverenciar seus mestres, esforçando-se por lhes prover o necessário.
