Transliteration

gajānīkaṃ mahārāja vadhyamānaṃ mahātmabhiḥ | vyadīryata diśaḥ sarvā vātanunnā ghanā iva ||

Translation

Disse Sañjaya: Ó rei, o corpo de elefantes, abatido por guerreiros de grande alma, era rasgado e disperso em todas as direções—como nuvens impelidas e estilhaçadas pela força do vento.
