Gadā-yuddhe Bhīma–Duryodhanayoḥ Tumulaḥ Saṃprahāraḥ

समाप्तं च महाराज नारीणां दर्शन पुन: । 'राजेन्द्र! महाराज! आज खोटी बुद्धिवाले कुरुराज दुर्योधनका सारा सुख समाप्त हो गया। अब इसके लिये पुनः अपनी स्त्रियोंको देखना और उनसे मिलना असम्भव है ।।
samāptaṃ ca mahārāja nārīṇāṃ darśanaṃ punaḥ |
Sañjaya disse: “Ó grande rei, ó melhor dos reis! Hoje se consumou o fim de toda a felicidade de Duryodhana, o senhor dos Kurus de juízo corrompido. Doravante, ser-lhe-á impossível tornar a ver e reencontrar as mulheres de sua casa.”
