bhrātṛbhiḥ sahitaṃ caiva kṛṣṇena ca mahātmanā | rāmeṇāmitavīryeṇa vākyaṃ śauṭīryasammatam ||
Disse Sañjaya: Acompanhado por seus irmãos, e também pelo magnânimo Kṛṣṇa e por Rāma (Balarāma) de poder incomensurável, ele proferiu palavras condizentes com a ousada heroicidade—fala própria de guerreiros em meio à crise.
