Kapālamocana-tīrtha (Auśanasa) and Balarāma’s Sarasvatī Pilgrimage
विज्ञप्तो वै महादेव ऋषेरथें नराधिप । नायं नृत्येद् यथा देव तथा त्वं कर्तुमहसि
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
vijñapto vai mahādeva ṛṣer arthe narādhipa |
nāyaṁ nṛtyed yathā deva tathā tvaṁ kartum arhasi rājann nareśvara ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: “Ó rei, Mahādeva foi formalmente suplicado em favor daquele sábio. Os deuses, tendo Brahmā à frente, e os grandes ṛṣis ascetas rogaram a Śiva: ‘Ó Senhor, por favor, concebe um meio para que este muni não dance.’”
