Saptasārasvata-tīrtha-prasaṅgaḥ | The Saptasārasvata Pilgrimage Account and the Maṅkaṇaka Narrative
श्रुत्वा गीत॑ च तद् दिव्यं वादित्राणां च नि:स्वनम् छायाश्व विपुला दृष्टवा देवगन्धर्वरक्षसाम्
śrutvā gītaṃ ca tad divyaṃ vāditrāṇāṃ ca niḥsvanam | chāyāś ca vipulā dṛṣṭvā devagandharvarakṣasām ||
Vaiśampāyana disse: Ouvindo aquele canto celestial e o ressoar dos instrumentos, e vendo as formas vastas e imponentes de Devas, Gandharvas e Rākṣasas, os presentes foram tomados pela sensação de que forças sobre-humanas se haviam reunido ao redor do campo de batalha—um instante como de presságio, que intensifica a gravidade moral da guerra e as consequências das escolhas que estão sendo feitas.
