स्वागतेन च ते तत्र प्रतिपूज्य समन््तत:,वे सब नरेश सब ओरसे स्वागतपूर्वक समादर करके वहाँ महात्मा रोहिणीपुत्र बलरामजीसे बोले--“महाबाहो! युद्ध देखिये”
svāgatena ca te tatra pratipūjya samantataḥ, te sarve nareśāḥ sarvataḥ svāgatapūrvakaṃ samādaraṃ kṛtvā tatra mahātmā rohiṇīputraṃ balarāmaṃ ūcuḥ—“mahābāho! yuddhaṃ paśya.”
Disse Sañjaya: Ali, acolheram-no e honraram-no de todos os lados. Todos os reis, após oferecerem saudações respeitosas e a devida reverência, dirigiram-se ao magnânimo Balarāma, filho de Rohiṇī: «Ó de braços poderosos, contempla a batalha.»
