प्रत्यक्षदर्शी लोकस्य तिर्यगूर्ध्यमधस्तथा । सांख्ययोगविभागज्ञो निर्विवित्सु: सुरासुरान्‌ू

Transliteration

pratyakṣadarśī lokasya tiryagūrdhvamadhastathā | sāṅkhyayogavibhāgajño nirvivitsuḥ surāsurān |

Translation

Vaiśampāyana disse: Ele percebia diretamente o mundo em todas as suas dimensões — ao largo, acima e abaixo. Conhecendo as distinções entre Sāṅkhya e Yoga, permanecia livre do desejo de contender com deuses ou demônios, mantendo-se à parte da rivalidade e do ímpeto de dominação.
