संशय: सर्वभूतानां विजये समपद्यत | समेतौ पुरुषव्याघ्रौ प्रेक्ष्य कर्णघधनंजयौ,पुरुषसिंह कर्ण और धनंजयको एकत्र हुआ देखकर समस्त प्राणियोंको किसी एककी विजयमें संदेह होने लगा
saṁśayaḥ sarvabhūtānāṁ vijaye samapadyata | sametau puruṣavyāghrau prekṣya karṇa-dhanañjayau ||
Sañjaya disse: Quando todos os seres viram Karṇa e Dhanañjaya—heróis como tigres—frente a frente, surgiu em cada coração a dúvida sobre quem venceria.
