Effective action in a righteous struggle requires both inner resolve and skilled guidance: Arjuna’s force is amplified by Keśava’s strategic charioteering, and the Indra–Vṛtra simile underscores that decisive, disciplined intervention can break a seemingly massive opposition.
Kṛṣṇa rapidly maneuvers Arjuna’s chariot so the enemy is turned and thrown into disarray; then Arjuna charges forward swiftly, compared to Indra advancing to slay Vṛtra, causing the opposing forces to scatter.
