ततः प्रायाद् रथेनाशु केशवस्तव वाहिनीम् । कर्ण प्रति महेष्वासं द्वैरथे सव्यसाचिना
tataḥ prāyād rathenāśu keśavas tava vāhinīm | karṇa-prati maheṣvāsaṁ dvairathe savyasācinā ||
Então Keśava conduziu velozmente o carro para dentro do teu exército, avançando em direção ao grande arqueiro Karṇa, para que Savyasācin (Arjuna) o enfrentasse num duelo direto, carro contra carro.
अजुन उवाच

Kṛṣṇa (Keśava), acting as Arjuna’s charioteer, quickly drives into the opposing host toward Karṇa, arranging a direct chariot-to-chariot duel between Arjuna (Savyasācin) and the great archer Karṇa.
