अर्जुनकर्णयोर्युद्धवर्णनम्
Description of the Arjuna–Karṇa Engagement and Counsel to Duryodhana
तावभ्यनन्दद् राजापि विवस्वानश्विनाविव । हते महासुरे जम्भे शक्रविष्णू यथा गुरु:
sañjaya uvāca |
tāv abhyānandad rājāpi vivasvān aśvināv iva |
hate mahāsure jambhe śakra-viṣṇū yathā guruḥ ||
Disse Sañjaya: Ao ver que ambos os Kṛṣṇas—Śrī Kṛṣṇa e Arjuna—haviam retornado sãos e salvos, o rei Yudhiṣṭhira avançou com alegria profunda e os acolheu. Saudou-os como Sūrya (Vivasvān) saudaria os gêmeos Aśvin, ou como Bṛhaspati, preceptor dos deuses, congratularia Indra (Śakra) e Viṣṇu após a morte do poderoso demônio Jambha—honrando seu êxito e a proteção do dharma em meio aos terrores da guerra.
