उत्तमौजाश्न हार्दिक्यं भीम॑ भीमपराक्रमम्‌ | छादयामास सहसा मेघो वृष्ट्येव पर्वतम्‌

Transliteration

uttamaujāś ca hārdikyaṃ bhīmaṃ bhīmaparākramam | chādayāmāsa sahasā megho vṛṣṭyeva parvatam ||

Translation

Disse Sañjaya: Então Uttamaujā cobriu de súbito Hārdikya (Kṛtavarmā)—guerreiro de força terrível—com uma chuva de flechas, como uma nuvem carregada de água vela uma montanha. E esse mesmo Hārdikya, feroz de aspecto e tremendo em poder, também sufocou Bhīma sob um dilúvio semelhante de setas.
