वधं प्राप्तौ मन््यते नौ प्रावेश्य शरवेश्मनि । एषो5स्मि हन्मि संकल्पं शिक्षया च बलेन च,“यह अपने बाणोंके घेरेमें डालकर हम दोनोंको मारा गया समझता है। मैं अभी अपनी शिक्षा और बलसे इसके इस मनोरथको नष्ट किये देता हूँ!
vadhaprāptau manyate nau prāveśya śaraveśmani | eṣo 'smi hanmi saṅkalpaṃ śikṣayā ca balena ca ||
Sañjaya disse: “Ele imagina que, ao nos encurralar a ambos dentro de um anel de flechas, já nos trouxe a morte. Mas eu estou aqui—despedaçarei essa resolução dele com meu treino marcial e com minha força.”
