अथाब्रवीन्महाप्राज्ञो भारद्वाज: प्रतापवान्‌ | हर्षेणोत्फुल्लनयन: कृपमाभाष्य सत्वरम्‌

Transliteration

athābravīn mahāprājño bhāradvājaḥ pratāpavān | harṣeṇotphullanayanaḥ kṛpam ābhāṣya satvaram ||

Translation

Sañjaya disse: Então Bhāradvāja (Droṇa), poderoso e de sabedoria profunda, com os olhos desabrochando de júbilo, dirigiu-se prontamente a Kṛpa. Ao ver Abhimanyu firme no combate e lutando com perícia consumada, Droṇa falou de modo a atingir o ponto vulnerável da causa de teu filho, pressionando a batalha rumo a uma vantagem decisiva.
