भीष्मस्य मध्याह्नयुद्धवर्णनम् / Mid-day Battle Description: Bhīṣma Engaged by the Pāñcālas
तलैश्नैवाथ निस्त्रिंशैर्बाहुभिश्न सुसंस्थितै: । विवरं प्राप्प चान्योन्यमनयन् यमसादनम्,अवसर पाकर वे थप्पड़ों, तलवारों तथा सुदृढ़ भुजाओंद्वारा भी एक-दूसरेको यमलोक पहुँचा देते थे
talaiś caivātha nistriṁśair bāhubhiś ca susaṁsthitaiḥ | vivaraṁ prāpya cānyonyam anayan yamasādanam ||
Sañjaya disse: Então, com as palmas abertas e com espadas, e com braços poderosos, bem firmados, ao encontrar uma brecha na guarda um do outro, lançavam-se mutuamente à morada de Yama.
