आरोहे पर्यवस्कन्दे सरणे सान्तप्लुते | सम्यक्‌ प्रहरणे याने व्यपयाने च कोविदम्‌

Transliteration

ārohe paryavaskande saraṇe sāntapplute | samyak praharaṇe yāne vyapayāne ca kovidam

Translation

Sañjaya disse: “Ele era hábil em montar e saltar para o carro, em recuar com rapidez e avançar de súbito, e no manejo correto das armas—perito tanto em impelir o ataque quanto em retirar-se na batalha.”
