इति श्रीमहा भारते भीष्मपर्वणि भीष्मवधपर्वणि संकुलयुद्धे सप्ततितमो5ध्याय: ।। ७० || इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत भीष्मपर्वके अन्तर्गत भीष्मवधपर्वमें संकुल-युद्धविषयक सत्तरवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti śrīmahābhārate bhīṣmaparvaṇi bhīṣmavadhaparvaṇi saṅkulayuddhe saptatitamo 'dhyāyaḥ || 70 ||
Sañjaya disse: “Assim, no sagrado Mahābhārata, dentro do Bhīṣma Parva, na seção referente à queda (morte) de Bhīṣma, chega ao fim o septuagésimo capítulo, que trata da batalha confusa e densamente entrelaçada.”
