भीष्मस्य भीमसेन-निरोधः
Bhīṣma checks Bhīmasena; matched engagements intensify
तेनावध्या रणे पार्था जययुक्ताश्च पार्थिव । तव पुत्रा दुरात्मान: पापेष्वभिरता: सदा
tenāvadhyā raṇe pārthā jayayuktāś ca pārthiva | tava putrā durātmānaḥ pāpeṣv abhiratāḥ sadā ||
Sañjaya disse: “Por isso, ó rei, os filhos de Pṛthā são invencíveis na batalha e permanecem firmemente alinhados com a vitória. Mas teus filhos têm intenção perversa, deleitando-se sempre em caminhos de pecado.”
