स घोष: सुमहांस्तत्र वीरैस्तै: समुदीरित: । नभश्न पृथिवीं चैव तुमुलो व्यनुनादयत्,वहाँ उन वीरोंद्वारा प्रकट किया हुआ वह महान् तुमुल घोष पृथ्वी और आकाशको निनादित करने लगा
sa ghoṣaḥ sumahāṁs tatra vīrais taiḥ samudīritaḥ | nabhaś ca pṛthivīṁ caiva tumulo vyanunādayat ||
Sañjaya disse: Ali, o brado imenso e tumultuoso erguido por aqueles heróis ressoou com tal força que fez reverberar tanto o céu quanto a terra—uma proclamação assombrosa de determinação marcial na véspera da batalha.
